My name is Herman Carter III also know as just Carter. I am borrn and raised in New Orleans Louisiana. im as a military Veteran.  I am a photographer and graphic desginer mostly self taught but i have taken a couple of courses. I love Photography its my art my passion my window in the world. I love caputuring the moment and makeing my subject love thier unique image. i feel as if im a painter and the camera is my paint brush. I love to work with a races ,shapes ,genders,sexual oriaentations etc. I am ready to work whenever you are!  So lets make magic.
